The $14.99 / month subscription covers any number of connected shops.

What costs does PilotSelling display in the P&L?

The main lines displayed today: your COGS per SKU, logistics and last-mile costs, after-sale events (refunds and return shipping where applicable), and ad spend imported via CSV. The Temu commission (8.5%) is shown alongside as a transparency line — it is added on top of your listed price at checkout and charged to the customer, so it does not reduce your net margin. Products without a saved COGS fall back to the default percentages configured in your account.

$14.99 per month. The 14-day free trial is included with every new account, and any number of connected Temu shops is covered by the same monthly subscription. Cancellation is available at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PilotSelling operates from the EU, stores Transaction Information in EU regions (Supabase, Frankfurt), maintains a Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) and a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), and signs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer. The sub-processor list is published in the DPA registry, and our incident-response runbook documents how data-protection events are handled. You can request data export or deletion at any time and we honour it within 30 days.
